Okay… so, I think that Unique identifies as a female, so I’m not gonna tar her down in regards to her identity, but I will say that not only Alex, the actor who plays Unique loves the character Mercedes and the actress who plays Mercedes, Amber, but UNIQUE loves Mercedes and IDOLIZES her, as Unique declared in her first ever scene as Wade.
Who the fuck said this had to be a competition? Glee is one big room, full of blonde bitches, but we gotta try to take the only black female characters and pit them against each other. What the hell for?

while i really want Amber to focus on her own career; Imma give Glee the benefit of the doubt that they wont waste her time again by having Mercedes just sing in one song, with no storyline, never to be mentioned again; and be “happy” Amber’s back on Glee
I know how I feel. She has bigger and better things to do, but she keeps returning to the old neighborhood,because its where she came from, not because it actually gives her something. She shows up and donates some of her time to them out of an obligation and perhaps nostalgia. It’s kinda like going home for the holidays when you have an effed up family.
I kinda enjoy the fact that she isn’t really given real stories. i wouldn’t want her to have any reasons to get honestly sucked back in. Passing through is alright, but if she started unpacking, then I’d have to burn everything.
